They've made some major adjustments over the years. I think the biggest of which was the realization that they would not be able to compete with the giant corporations that are getting into the manufacturing end of the W/C market. The decision to focus on patents, R&D, and service was a no brainer. I think the decision to fund themselves with dilution is the way to go also. It's like floating a no-interest loan, and they haven't gotten carried away with the printing. I really didn't think it would drop this low, but I still think the pps will rebound nicely.
