What if he had a cyanide pill in his hand, and was about to swallow it if she didn't put out? It's after school, there's no counselor about, no janitors or other teachers within earshot, no phone in the classroom so no chance to call for help. Either do it, or he dies. Period.

Yes, I agree it's an unlikely scenario. But that's not the issue.
