Ted, I think the Dems have to pay more attention to the GOP MO and tactics. There is nothing wrong with their ideology.......except that they have to stop believing the half truths put out by the GOP. To me, that's the crux of the problem.......as with most propaganda repeated frequently, everyone begins to believe it.......even its intended victims.

So you think the Democrats believe they live in "The Matrix" conjured up by right-wing neocons? That unless the Democrats start taking control of "The Matrix," they'll continue to live and die by the rules set by the GOP?

The Matrix is a Hollywood fantasy land. I am talking about surviving in the real world. The only thing they have to take control of his their image. They also must reaffirm their belief in their philosophy. The right has persuaded them that that philosophy is wrong. The only thing wrong is that the Dems are starting to believe them.

You keep saying that about H. Clinton but I don't see it. What examples have you seen of that effort?

I don't know that that is a real change. Many of us who support abortion feel the same way Clinton describes her feelings.......its a sad event but it should be allowed legally for lots of moral and health reasons.

If this is all of the changes Clinton has made, its really not much movement in her position. I suspect that you are reading into things.
