Well, things are a bit clearer today. QQQQ formed a Doji at resistance, with clear evidence now of deteriorating technicals.

And, options expiry is Friday, with max pain point at 38. Increasing volatility will favor downward price pressure. To resolve the contraction, I think it is getting more likely that QQQQ will push down on that lower BB rail before all is said and done.
