Lettuce -- Romaine is ok, iceberg ones have no much nutrition at all;
Carrots are ok, but too starchy, and better to eat cooked since Vitamin A can be absorbed better;
Bell peppers are great;
Corns and potatoes are not real veggies<g>, too much starch. You should eat them to replace bread and spaghetti<g>

You should definitely eat more dark green veggies, like broccoli, spinach... And others like celery, cabbage, Cauliflower... even if you don't like them.

Fruits should have all kinds, all colors.

Mish, you should eat healthier, at least make the effort<g>.
