James Hawley, who very recently joined MOGN in the position as CFO, has just filed that he has bought 1.000 shares @ 25,20 from the market. A little bit strange as he was granted 50.000 options @ 22,69 just a couple of days ago. These options fall due in 4 annual installments starting on March 31, 2006. So, why on earth does the guy buy shares? On the other hand, one of the directors has just filed for selling some 25.000 shares. Erik sec.gov
