Here's a conundrum.

Under Washington law, educators (which of necessity includes teachers) are required to report any knowledge they have of actual or suspected child abuse or neglect, which includes sexual abuse.

By all rights, Mary Kay LeTourneau should have filed a report with Child Protective Services reporting her conduct.
