Cheryl, As you know, I'll post almost anywhere. One of the potential problems however, will be participation and visibility. Non-company threads are supposed to be in the misc. Biotech section. That area is rarely visted and when searching, SI doesn't put in titles. Biotech Bash has managed to stay on the company side, but sooner or later, I suspect it will be moved to the misc side, where few posters or lurkers ever visit.
