Hi Terry,

Just a small quibble regarding NTAP. :-)

>>There are some indications from afterhours that the market mood is really turning mean. For example, NTAP and ADBL are getting crucified, but over news that really isn't too bad at all:

============================================

NTAP (down 12% now in AH)
<<

NTAP (as well as Audible for that matter) reported yesterday (2/15/05) -- not today. In after-hours trading yesterday as well as pre-market trading this morning, it did get crucified on a not too shabby earnings report. It vacillated around the 30 dollar point (give or take some change) during the 2/15 after-hours session and the 2/16 pre-market session. Today however, it recovered a bit from those lows during the regular session and closed in after-hours at $31.85 -- down 7.3% for the day (and up approx. $2 from its earlier lows).Of course it's still down considerably from its high on 2/15 (just shy of 35), but I just wanted to point out that the stock took its major hit yesterday and did recover a bit from those lows today. I only point this out because you had used it as an example of the market turning mean today in after-hours in your analysis of the QQQQ's expected further downtrend. In actuality, it was much meaner yesterday and a little more forgiving today. :-)
