haven't bought puts in "years" unless you get a true battle spike its been a waste of time unless you pay out on the long dates.... and here we are screwing around for the last 18 months and counting.. so even cheap long dates are not cheap as the crow flies... bear funds however don't expire they go to zero though <g> but if they don't and you stay past 365 you get a cap gains advantage HO HO HO who would have thought there'd be such a thing for bears?????
