Grainne, I thought I would mention that Costco has a cool new product- a fresh uncooked tortilla, that you can cook yourself. My kids love them, and I think they taste better than the precooked ones you buy in the store. You just heat them in a non-stick pan (no oil needed), and they are ready in just a few minutes. I like to turn them, while they cook, so they don't brown too much. I probably flip them about 10 times while cooking them. You will find them in the refrigerated bin section, where the fresh mozzarella is, and the big wedges of parmesan.
