You can't miss what hasn't been made public yet, Soros. I'd surmise that a week or so '..after.." Sam gets back, you could call and get an appointment to discuss your questions at length with him - within the bounds of SEC propriety. What you're wishing to address is typical in depth DD, but you need to keep in mind that only one day ago Strat Petroleum was simply a "..development stage company.." pursuing it'sstated business plan. Now, it's a real Oil & Gas Company; so, they will have to take steps to accomodate the more sophiticated O&G investors around. With the next stop being AMEX, I would imagine they have already delveloped the information needed to satisfy your desires. Why don't you call them, and leave an appropriate message. Sam is pretty responsive to non-flakes. John :-) .
