OK, I got a look at those five 144s that came across last week. The broker was Smith Barney who was apparently selling for two or three companies: Gabrial Capital Mgt (40,000 + 25,000 = 60,000), LP Cerberus Partners (20,000 + 10,000 = 30,000 shr) and Cerberus Intl Ltd (10,000 shr). My guess, these guys BOT at $6 and got out quick after the run up. Who knows.
These were not Benton shares. Benton shares have been transferred to a trustee and will be placed within 6 to 9 mos. Hopefully, with least amount of effect on price. It would be nice to know who the trustee is. Once in the trustee's hands, Ramtron is out of the loop. Who knows, we may see brother George moved off the board.
Listen up Folks, RMTR is a hold with buying on weakness. I'm still waiting for below $8. Maybe I'll get it, maybe not. But that's the fun of trading.
