imo? the drug companies send out their reps the reps wine and dine and perk the doc and office staff to use/push their drugs a patient comes in and the first treatment option given them is drugs not bed rest, plenty of fluids, change of life style [lose weight/exercise] always the quick drug fix as the first line of treatment when other options [per case] can be tried
