Must be a conflict in my XP computer. All I see when I try to open those chart is a quicktime logo. I was just able to open it on the other Windows 2000 box.

I have Quicktime installed on the XP box but there must be some conflict with some pop-up blocker or something. It does not open your .tiff images. Everything else is fine.
