Fleck on housing: Let the top be called. Hmmm ... I've been watching for the top for over a year. I thought we saw it last Fall. A wise friend once told me: "Things go on longer and end quicker than anyone expects". He was referring to the Stock bubble, but the same concepts apply here. The housing boom has gone on longer than most people expected (and may continue). But it will probably end quicker than anyone expects too.
