couple more notes
they said in answer to q that both ICG and Linkshare are in good position to IPO in 05 and some kind of directed share placement for icge shareholders is a possibility. no promises.

also stated that EBITA for core cos. will improve in 05

only three small cos. on call so still very much an unloved and unrecognized co...overall, i think they are making solid progress and will be a survivor...
