I have no news. I talked to a couple of people I know in the industry and they also have head nothing. The next major event is the Shareholders meeting on September 19th.

Volume started off slow and then shot up around 10:30 central time. This makes it appear to be a single purchaser. However the volumes are well outside the range of the primary investor for PARQ which is an institutional investor holding from 150K to 500K shares. The largest shareholder has a little over one million shares. Even the largest shareholders aquired their shares over a period of time.

It seems very unusual that volume can be so high without any apparent new news and still not result in a major price swing. Even shares issued to employees that were layed off including management could not account for volumes this high.

Let me know if you hear anything.
