necessitating a plan of action to bring the stock down how about necessitating a plan to get the truth out? It had nothing to do with bringing the stock down. When the truth was known, the stock would be down. Markets work that way. So do you consider a group of people standing to profit by telling the truth a conspiracy? Did you ever think that people like "mike Hunt" may have been involved simply because they believed "the truth" as it was spread wide by cardinal, pluvia and others, with no actual connection to any of them? I can tell you that I personally didn't have a clue who cardinal was until the story in san fran chronicle that outlined the class action and the motions to remove cardinal as lead plaintiff. But I did know about TERN and the, in my opinion, illegal insider sales, bogus illegal contracts, and cease and desist demands of cable labs. TERN was the fraud, plain and simple. And the market has stated that loudly with current valuation of TERN
