Agreed....

Assuming, of course, that every dollar transfered isn't merely replaced with another dollar of national debt onto the backs of the American public and future generations --- which is a mighty big assumption given the way this gang in Washington likes to work, their consistent opposition to all practical methods (such a 'PAYGO') for restricting their ability to run of new unfunded liabilities and obligations.
