Exactly, Al. Clinton didn't do anything militarily significant except kick Slobby Milosevic out. After sending a few cruise missiles into empty tents, the only thing Clinton did against al Qaeda was defer much of the work to the Bush administration.

Once again, how much of that $124B did Clinton end up spending anyway? Lot of good that did in improving the CIA and preventing 9/11.
