...Which has absolutely nothing to do with my observation (the US making support for democracy and human rights around the world a centerpiece of it's foreign policy) that what was once considered 'naive' (to not support 'friendly' Dictators and Autocrats) is *now* considered mainstream... and is adopted by BOTH major branches of the Republicrats.
