I'm just the messenger. Here's the exact wording from the news release:

"FMMG has been contracted for 12 months at US$5,000 per month plus an expense fee of US$50,000 to cover the cost of copy writing, labour, printing, mailings and telemarketing."

Clearly, IPZ is expecting more than a second rate promotional effort.
