Exactly, Al. Clinton didn't do anything militarily significant except kick Slobby Milosevic out. After sending a few cruise missiles into empty tents, the only thing Clinton did against al Qaeda was defer much of the work to the Bush administration. And what has Bush done? Where's OBL? He's only made al Qa'ida stronger. Once again, how much of that $124B did Clinton end up spending anyway? Who cares? We spend 6 times more than the next largest defense spender in the world. Does that fact not register anything in your brain? Do you still not get the absurdity of our anal focus on defense? I hope Clinton spent none of the $124 billion.
