The same here. Split profits are normally had within the first day or two after their announcement. Most stocks fall just prior to or the days following the split. I can only assume that this is because of the people who trade splits figure out what you said: That's like saying if you give me two ten dollar bills, I'll give you a twenty. so the exit the stock.

That may not be the case in AAPL as it reminds me of one of the 1990s Bulls.
