If you're a trader or investor, you know how silly the class action system is with respect to US corporations. Shareholders get pennies, lawyers get millions, management and BOD have indemnity or insurance to cover them. Per my prior posts, derivative actions against management should be encouraged such that the money comes out of the pocket of those who screw shareholders.
