9 times??? They had to TASR this guy 9 different times?? Had him in custody and still could not controll him without ZAPPING him?? Makes me remember the cops that TASR'd that old woman like 5 times...all those cops and they could not subdue a 75 year old lady?? Yes, this weapon will be abused...and sadly we will only hear about part of the abuse...if these things start getting used in prisons and other correctional facilities can you imagine what kind of torture the guards will impose on inmates.....and we wont hear about any of it....and the consumer model...yep, I can really see all these 15 year olds wandering the neighborhood and zapping all the neighborhood cats and dogs and etc.....
