I would not short ASND now, because the stock has a history of explosive upmoves. Puts might be a better idea. I would only short ASND when it is extended on the upside. I'm considering throwing out the TA (which has me worried), and buying in anticipation of the conference next week. And, of course, ASND is running away from me as I type. BTW, that the January 8K had virtually identical #'s to the July 8K is noteworthy.
