Being in that age group I think that is is a naiveté that the AIDS virus is for younger promiscuous adults and does not have relevance to older adults who really up until lately have not been a part of that problem.

What it is proving is that no one is safe and that it is far better to use preventive measures than take a risk.

Also.. one last thing. In the retirement homes that have sprung up in the last decade the widows and widowers are mating and they think they are too old to be part of an epidemic.. hence they do not take precautions.
