KW spent an hour on the phone this morning BUT not with the Dell rep...it seems the only person who is allowed to talk to me can no longer talk to me because he quit or is off somewhere else or whatever. So NOW I have a new rep and still waiting to hear back. DELL SUCKS FOR ORDERING SERVICE. okay,,,I am about to say I will order a 21' monitor...besides it would be nice to be able to see without my contacts!!!!!
