JLA made his post on GWB. That is MKTBUZZ's thread; I let him run it. JLA did not post those words on this thread. In any case, under my application of the rules as they are now or then, he would not be banned for it anyway. We are presumably adults here (although in the case of certain people here, that is vertainly nothing more than a presumption; they have not demonstrated it).

By thew rules Chinu had posted at the particular moment (as I said, he changed them almost daily), lb should have been banned. And was not for strictly political reasons.

As for your second banning, I'll need the one post that caused the banning before I can help you.
As I said, every post I made in my 2nd life on that thread is in that collection. You may verify that fact for yourself.
