Waste, Fraud and Abuse in US Government Contracting in Iraq.

======= So Bush takes money from the mouths (literally) of poor children and gives it to contractors with an incredible litany of abuses in Iraq.

$7500 monthly leases for SUVs
Contractors staying in 5 star hotels in Kuwait and refusing to leave them when requested by the military
Abandoning trucks for minor malfunctions and then firing the whistleblowers who complained about the waste
There are 6 committees working on the UN Food-for-oil scandal but the CPA's taking over for this program isn't being investigated until now...the money's much, much greater under the CPA.

Stunning corruption all paid for by us one way or another.

As I understand it:

$20 billion flowed through the CPA.
$9 billion went to Iraqis somewhere, somehow for things they did or did not do to people who may or may not exist. In other words, it's missing.
1 individual with an Excel Spreadsheet was assigned to account for the $20 billion.
$1.5 billion worth of overcharges by Halliburton
Where's the rest and where did it go?

Who the heck knows? The Bush administration is the most corrupt administration in history.

While billions go missing, Bush cuts money for poor people in the US.

Republicans = despicable.
