jeff, the situation was resolved. i'm baaaaack ;-) anyway, doesn't gems report in october? did they pre-announce in mid september? do you have more specific information?

if we get no preannouncement then we will meet OR BEAT estimates with a high probability, imho.

even if we don't, everyone will think we will and bid the price up in anticipation, all else being equal. jmho...
