With this, and the noises that the EU has been making about an alliance to counter the US militarily, the world will be more stable than it ever has been now that these countries are taking responsibility... Or something like that. I am sure the Administration will try to spin this as a positive. Hmm, I thought Bush looked deep into Putin's eyes and saw into his soul...
