Nicholas, being an ex-owner I give you my opinion.

1) there are plenty of undervalued stocks in the tech sector.
2) the telecommunications bill passage by congress leaves a doubt in
the minds of the institutional investors on how this will affect the ISP's.

Therefore based on 1 and 2 above why buy or hold PSIX, NETC or
UUNT. In a fledging market you don't want uncertainty.
