i was having a problem with my new dell the other day and of course got tech help in India... in discussing the weather etc while he worked on diagnosing my problem ... He asked... "what's like to live in a house with heat?" He was wondering how people felt in a closed house in winter. did you get confused, under the weather, etc. I was talking with level two support , a supervisor, my conclusion was India is moving ahead in technology but do not really understand how the world functions outside their area of expertise. Ish, i assume you have heat but just no cell phone. At least my cousins used to have a ring 13 for their phone number years ago and they were on a 23 party line. gg
