From RB: Interesting article in Buisness 2005. This month. How Best to play the Oil game. Russia worlds No 2 oil producer, is sitting on some of the worlds biggest untapped oil fields, and International energy players have their eyes on it. Gazprom the state controlled gas giant, thats in the process of becoming a an oil power player as well, for investors who are comfortable riding with the Russian 'Oil Generals'................. Just give me those contracts!! .
