Hi Claude, Great question. I see gold as one store house of wealth - a commodity material - whose demand is a function of a perceived fear of money debasement and jewelery demand. (Note the jewelry demand from world prosperity - I wonder how body piercings come into play here?)

The one question I have never come totally to grips with is if there were a monetary collapse - how would gold be transacted/protected from the anarchy that would result.

If we get a devaluation of the dollar other material items will also appreciate. If we get an anarchy - what difference does it make? This is where my point of free markets comes into play. Political excess will be corrected by market forces

Frankly I like your strategy of holding the exploration juniors whose value is based on discovery.
