I think homosexuality has little to do with the physiological changes an embryo goes through and I question whether it has a lot to do with the formation of the brain either. I am more inclined to believe its an aberration of the human genome....a gene malfunction or a gene misfiring...or a group of genes in sequence. But even that is difficult to believe because the malfunction/misfiring occurs so consistently. The only function of genes is to control the development and function of the body. It is well known that one can take a genetic female (XX) and produce a male body and brain. The process is simply hormone treatments which the Y chromosome would normally trigger. The physiological changes an embryo goes through determines what you become. So I don't agree with your assessment above.
