Monday, February 21 Courtesy call to King Albert II and Queen Paola of Belgium. Meeting with Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt. Meeting with NATO Secretary General de Hoop Scheffer. Speech on transatlantic cooperation at Concert Noble. Working dinner with French President Jacques Chirac.
Tuesday, February 22 Breakfast with British Prime Minister Tony Blair. Meeting at NATO with Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko. Meeting with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Lunch and meeting with NATO heads of state. Press conference with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer. Meeting and press availability with European Council President, Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker of Luxembourg, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, and High Representative of the European Union Javier Solana.
Wednesday, February 23 Departs Brussels for Mainz, Germany. Meeting, press availability and lunch with German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder. Roundtable with German citizens. Visit with U.S. troops in Weisbaden, Germany. Departs for Bratislava, Slovakia.
Thursday, February 24 Meting with Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic, and later with Prime Minister Mikulas Dzurinda. Remarks in Bratislava town square. Meeting and press availability with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Departs Bratislava for Andrews Air Force Base Thursday evening.
