The great thing about MRVC now is that in the last quarter (BTW where they had blockbuster earnings growth) the company sold just a bit from OEM agreement with Intel (making the fast ethernet adaptors). This coming quarter will be the first one where the FULL impact of the OEM agreement on earnings will be felt, so we can look forward to EVEN MORE growth and earnings that further beat the estimates. This is not even mentioning MRVC's premier position as leadering in the field of fiber optics (better than OCCF) and ethernet (they will be the FIRST to market gigabit adaptors). The whole Lutts fiasco killed the momentum for a while, but now that it is basing in the 20s (40's pre-split), the shorts will start covering which can mean great things in the coming few weeks if there is the customary late summer (August) rally. One can easily see this stock at 40 in the short term and 60 in the long term. Tae Kim The TJK Market Letter members.aol.com
