The final tally: 1,300 Downtown condos will likely become available for sale in 2005. This figure does not include the condos that will be completed but are already sold, so we are talking about new for-sale inventory coming online at an average of 108 units per month. Contrast this figure to the 2004 average of 50 sales per month: assuming the same pace of sales, by year end there will another 14 months of inventory available Downtown. And that's on top of the 6 or so months of inventory already there.
