Do you have any idea how impossible that is?

For Saudi Arabia to be democratic would require that the leaders allow the Saudi citizens to implement what the leaders deem to be non-Islamic laws if the majority voted as such.

As a basic example, the religious leaders have determined that a women cannot drive. If the women voted themselves the right to drive, you think the religious leaders of the country that has Mecca and Medina are going to just say "OK"?

That's not going to happen.
