"gays are statistically evenly spread between conservatives and liberals" Must be so...because Cheney and Keyes both spawned gay daughters. The Christians want to argue that gaydom is the result of liberal and non-christian upbringing. A lack of moral guidance. But obviously both Cheney and Keyes would be considered as good role models which would provide the desired moral guidance. But something went astray. Why would these...and many other conservative parents have gay sons and daughters? The answer is that the majority of gays are born that way. Yes there are some gays that are just trying out the gay lifestyle, usually because of some sort of childhood trauma, but the majority of them are wired that way. The blueprint says males get a penis, females get a vagina. When you put them together you get reproduction. And all of that works remarkably well...otherwise we wouldn't be here...eh? Often folks are born marching to a different drummer. Some are gay, some are schizophrenic, some are hyperactive and some are diabetic. Doesn't mean that they are to be thrown on the trash heap of society. All people are important...and need love. Orca
