To the extent that this simple model is disruptive (and its better than the simple left/right model often used) I would see commies as what you called Q3 (Left Authoritarian).

Of course once they are in power they, like just about everyone else with such levels of power, tried to preserve the current power structure, but other than in that sense I can't see how they are "right/conservative". But they were totalitarian and authoritarian more than they were either right or left.
