Exclusive Private Rocky Mountain Hideaway!!! The property is a 32.98 acre unimproved tract, parcel number 35364-25-013, located at the Northeast end of Cherokee Drive, Estes Park, Colorado, USA, 80517. It is at the top of the Eastern side of Prospect Mountain and faces the South and West, which is the exposure you want when you're living on the Eastern side of the mountain.
