Sergio .. let me ask you a question .. why KR ?? Their market share is being eaten alive here. They advertise "Select" Grade of beef for a Price at or near the price of Choice. Which in my book "Select" is as close to "No Roll" or "Institutional" as you can get. [No Roll means it don't pass the Grader] We just bought some KR Brand Ground Beef on sale. Honestly .. I'd just as soon toss it in the trash or feed it to the dog. (which btw: I did. Buddy loved it.) It's full on Sinew and Bone. I'm not eating it. "Where's the Beef?" not at KR .. it's at Meijer .. Giant Eagle .. Wal Mart .. Sams .. others. Yes .. I was in meats for a while. However their Perdu Chicken is fine. But I don't think that will keep them in a profitable business. Big Bear Liquidated last year .. and we have a new player in town now .. Marcs. Marcs ,in this market, may eat their lunch as well. Ok ... so I'm picky on meats .. enuff so that .. I cut whole primals myself and Vac em at home with my nifty Seal a Meal. :) Ray
