Little known factoid... There are a number of Catholic churches in Las Vegas. During Sunday masses, some worshipers contribute casino chips, rather than cash. Since there are so many casinos, the churches send all the chips to the diocese offices for sorting. Once sorted for the respective casinos, a junior priest returns them to be cashed in. This priest is known as "The Chip Monk".
