I like the way ECD is acting chart wise. Positive technical points on chart of stock. (1)higher bottoms. (2)Rallied to over half way point above 19.(3)increasing volume on rallies. (4)Other stocks over sold. Biggest thing against stock no real heavy up side volume yet. Jury still out.
