As Doug has mentioned, those are technologies. I got that wrong.

I suspect strongly that if the chips using those technologies were on 65nm, they would have mentioned it in that analysts conference back in November. They didn't. In fact, I can't find where 65nm is mentioned at all. That usually isn't a good sign...

I don't think 65nm is needed earlier than that, but who knows? Bringing up Fab36 on 300mm even on 90nm means a whole lot of capacity. And there isn't any reason to believe that Intel is going to be hammering them on the performance front by then.
